The Champ Plan is a standalone, independent wellness benefit that provides 100% of the minimal essential coverage as required by the ACA. This includes the most utilized care of Unlimited $0 out of pocket cost to access Primary /Urgent care visits to your employees. The Champ Plan only enhances your existing coverage to help your employees stay healthy and eliminate the copay barrier to treating routine injury or illness promptly. This focus on prevention is designed to treat minor conditions and prevent them from becoming major health concerns. 100% Preventative care for all preventative exams as required by the ACA. ( employee only) Also included are $0 generic prescriptions for the employee plus the family We also provide unlimited telehealth including often overlooked and underutilized Tele-mental health care . This benefit also covers the employee and their family. We are able to accomplish this with no additional out of pocket cost to the employer or employee. We do get ais but out of the savings that the plan creates. The net result is an increase in take home pay to the employee and a net reduction in payroll tax to the employer for realized savings beginning in the second month and continuing every month the plan is in place.
